董诗鹏,88年俊男,年轻奋斗派,兴化本地人。2018年11月签约代理伊莉莎白瓷砖品牌;同年,开始选址建店,组建团队;2019年3月,400㎡新店落成,进入试营业阶段;5月,兴化ELIZABETH新店正式开业;6月-11月,斥资近十万元广告投放,并连续参加当地三届家博会,同时不断开拓零售与家装渠道;12月,统计年度销售数据,突破合同销售任务近150%的完成率。

在代理伊莉莎白品牌前,董总接触陶瓷行业已有四年的时间,他是一个很有个人想法与追求的创业家。2018年11月,在与伊莉莎白结缘后,董总便喜欢了这个品牌,在深入了解伊莉莎白品牌后,董总对伊莉莎白的品牌定位、产品特色、设计风格表示了很认同,于是便建立了合作关系。在厂家的扶持下,400㎡的专卖店便在这个县级市场完美诞生。

县级市场,没有高端卖场的地理优越,也没有高度密集的人流,要快速地在当地打响名堂,董总把目光瞄准了多媒体宣传。董总认为:兴化当地的消费主力军以90后为主,希望通过多媒体,户外广告,小区广告作为宣传渠道,迅速打开市场份额。

在渠道方面,董总提到,目前兴化ELIZABETH主要以业务员跟单为主,装修公司,包工头渠道为辅。为了提高销量,董总积极与厂家互动,参与多种战略性营销活动,一年三届兴化家博会从未缺席,董总认为,参与家博会也是一种品牌宣传的机会。
